The owner wished to retain the existing house and build a 120m2 four-bedroom house on a mere 280m2 of spare land, sacrificing a garage for lack of space. However we knew that having no garage in this area would have diminished the sales price. Our experienced architects managed to redesign the house into a 180m2 four-bedroom layout with double garage, providing ample parking and protecting our client’s future returns.
