The owner wished to build three four-bedroom houses
and keep them for rental. Our detailed feasibility study revealed that the most
profitable option was to build nine two-bedroom terraced houses. However, taking
into account our client’s financial situation, it was decided that building eight terraced houses of mixed typology was the best option. This approach enabled the owner to achieve
the same level of cash profit as his original plan, while boosting his long-term
holding portfolio with extra properties.
