A two duplexes development on a 670m2 site in Point Chevalier. Each house comes with four bedrooms and a double internal garaging. 

The development is designed to enable construction to be split in two stages. This is to accommodate client's wish to live in the existing dwelling while the first duplexes are being built, and later move into the newly build house before the existing dwelling is demolished and the second round of construction begin.  

Although there is no public stormwater connection available nearby the site, we managed to obtain resource consent and EPA approval based on a combined wastewater and storwmater discharge system.
